CreatorFlow ships as CreatorFlowLab, the name used throughout the documents below. This page combines the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service that apply to the application on Google Play and the Microsoft Store.

Privacy Policy

Elemental Genius LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorFlowLab collects, uses, and safeguards your information.

Overview

As of version 5.2.0, CreatorFlowLab runs its AI features in the cloud (Google Cloud Platform — Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI Gemini). Your account, drafts, and chat history are stored in our backend so the same content is available across desktop and mobile.

CreatorFlowLab is free to use and ad-supported. An optional Pro subscription removes advertising and unlocks additional features.

Information We Collect and Process

1. Account Information (Stored in Our Backend)

When you sign in, the following is stored in Firebase / Google Cloud under your account:

  • Your email address and authentication identity (Firebase Authentication)
  • Chat conversations with RizBop and generated post drafts (Cloud Firestore)
  • Connected social-platform tokens (encrypted at rest in Google Cloud KMS — never sent back to your client)

2. AI Processing (Sent to Google Cloud)

When you ask RizBop to write, plan, or generate posts, the prompt (and any image you attach) is sent to Google's Vertex AI Gemini models for processing. We do not train Google's models on your content, and Google's enterprise terms apply.

3. Data Stored Locally Only (Never Transmitted to Us)

The following data is stored exclusively on your computer:

  • Your brand voice configuration (kept on-device for now; cloud sync planned)
  • Application preferences (theme, layout, etc.)
  • Camera photos and voice recordings that you capture but do not attach to a chat message

Camera and Microphone Usage

Camera Access

CreatorFlowLab requests camera access for the following features:

Important:

  • Camera access is optional — you can use all core features without granting camera permission
  • Photos you capture are not uploaded anywhere unless you attach them to a chat message
  • You can revoke camera permission at any time through your system settings

Microphone Access

CreatorFlowLab requests microphone access for the following features:

Important:

  • Microphone access is optional — you can use all core features without granting microphone permission
  • Voice-to-text processing uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API, which may send audio to Google or Microsoft for transcription (see Third-Party Services below)
  • Audio recordings are not uploaded to our servers
  • You can revoke microphone permission at any time through your system settings

AI Content Generation

By default, CreatorFlowLab generates content using Google Vertex AI Gemini models, accessed through our backend. Your prompts and any attached images are sent to Google Cloud for processing.

Prior versions of CreatorFlowLab ran AI models locally on your device. As of version 5.2.0 those local models are no longer used, and any model files left over from earlier versions are deleted automatically the first time you run 5.2.0 or later.

Cloud AI Providers (Optional — Bring Your Own Key)

Pro subscribers may choose to use their own API key with a third-party provider instead of our built-in AI. When you do, requests go directly from your machine to that provider using your own API key:

Important: When you use your own API key, we never see, store, or have access to:

  • Your AI API keys
  • The prompts sent to that provider
  • The content that provider generates for you

Voice-to-Text Processing

When using the voice input feature, your speech may be processed by:

  • Web Speech API — Browser-based speech recognition
    • In Chromium-based engines (Chrome, Edge, Electron): Audio may be sent to Google for processing
    • Processing may vary by platform; check the relevant privacy policy

Note: This is a standard browser feature, not specific to CreatorFlowLab. The transcribed text stays on your device unless you send it to RizBop.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  1. Authenticate you and keep your account, drafts, and chat history in sync across desktop and mobile
  2. Generate content when you ask RizBop to write, plan, or draft
  3. Publish to the social platforms you have connected, on your instruction
  4. Serve advertising in the free tier, and suppress it for Pro subscribers
  5. Maintain the security, stability, and performance of the service

We do not sell or rent your data.

Data Security

  • Transmission: All communication uses HTTPS encryption
  • Backend Storage: Account data, drafts, and chat history are stored in Google Cloud (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore)
  • Social Tokens: Connected social-platform tokens are encrypted at rest using Google Cloud KMS and are never returned to your client
  • Local Storage: Data kept on your device is stored in standard application directories with OS-level protection

What We Don't Do

  • We do NOT sell or rent your data to third parties
  • We do NOT train AI models on your content, and Google does not train its models on your content under the enterprise terms that apply to our Vertex AI usage
  • We do NOT have access to your own AI API keys if you use Bring Your Own Key
  • We do NOT access your camera or microphone without your explicit permission
  • We do NOT upload photos or voice recordings unless you attach them to a chat message

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  1. Revoke Permissions: Disable camera or microphone access at any time through your system settings
  2. Disconnect Platforms: Remove any connected social account, which deletes the stored token for it
  3. Delete Your Account and Data: Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account to request deletion of your account and the data held in it, including your chat history, drafts, and connected platform tokens. We remove your account and its live data within 30 days of receiving your request, and all remaining copies, including backups, within 90 days. Uninstalling the application alone does not delete this data, because it is stored in our backend.
  4. Data Access: Contact us to request a copy of the data associated with your account

Data Retention

Children's Privacy

CreatorFlowLab is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Including notice in application updates

Microsoft Store Users

This application is available on the Microsoft Store. The data collection described above applies to all versions of CreatorFlowLab. Microsoft may collect additional data as described in their privacy policy when you download or update the application through the Microsoft Store.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CreatorFlowLab ("the Software") operated by Elemental Genius LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

By using CreatorFlowLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

1.1 Free and Pro Tiers

CreatorFlowLab is free to use and ad-supported. An optional Pro subscription removes advertising and unlocks additional features, including Bring Your Own Key cloud AI, additional social platforms, and larger media quotas. See Section 2 for subscription terms.

1.2 License Scope

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use CreatorFlowLab on your devices
  • Use the features available in your tier for personal or commercial content creation
  • Create and publish content subject to these Terms

1.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software to create content that violates applicable laws
  • Distribute modified versions of the Software

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Pro Subscription

CreatorFlowLab is free to use and ad-supported. Pro is an optional subscription at $19.99 per month that removes advertising and unlocks additional features.

Pro is purchased through the Google Play Store, via the CreatorFlowLab app on Android. Your subscription is tied to your CreatorFlowLab account rather than to a single device, so it covers your use of the application on the platforms where you sign in, including desktop installations from the Microsoft Store. You do not purchase separately on each platform.

2.2 Billing and Renewal

All Pro billing is processed by Google Play, not by Elemental Genius LLC. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Manage, review, or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account's subscription settings.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Pro features remain available until then.

Because Google Play processes the transaction, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will help where we can, but we cannot issue refunds for purchases we did not process.

2.4 Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription pricing. Material changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing period.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 AI Services

By default, CreatorFlowLab generates content using Google Vertex AI Gemini models, accessed through our backend on Google Cloud Platform. Your prompts, and any images you attach, are sent to Google for processing.

Cloud providers (Bring Your Own Key, Pro) — Pro subscribers may instead supply their own API key for a third-party provider. Your prompts then go directly from your machine to that provider:

Important:

  • We are not responsible for charges from any cloud AI provider
  • You must comply with each provider's terms of service
  • API availability depends on the third-party service
  • We do not guarantee cloud AI service uptime or availability
  • When you use your own API key, we do not proxy those prompts through our servers — your key and those requests stay between your machine and the provider

3.2 Voice Recognition

Voice-to-text features use the Web Speech API:

  • In Chromium-based engines, audio may be processed by Google
  • Check the relevant privacy policy for details
  • This is standard platform functionality, not our service

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

  • You own all content you create using CreatorFlowLab
  • We claim no ownership of your generated content
  • Your drafts and chat history are stored in our backend (Google Cloud Firestore) so they are available across your devices. We store this content to provide the service; we do not claim rights to it and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy (above).

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you generate and publish
  • Ensuring your content complies with platform terms of service
  • Ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights
  • Verifying AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use CreatorFlowLab to generate content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
  • Spreads misinformation or disinformation
  • Violates the terms of the social media platforms you post to

5. Device Permissions

5.1 Camera Access

CreatorFlowLab may request camera access for:

  • Capturing context photos for content inspiration

Camera access is optional. Photos stay on your device unless you attach one to a chat message, in which case it is sent to Google Vertex AI for processing.

5.2 Microphone Access

CreatorFlowLab may request microphone access for:

  • Voice-to-text content input
  • Audio recording for content notes

Microphone access is optional. Voice-to-text is processed by the Web Speech API as described in Section 3.2; audio recordings stay on your device.

5.3 Internet Access

Internet access is required. CreatorFlowLab signs you in, syncs your account, and generates content through our cloud backend, so an active connection is needed for core functionality.

6. Service Availability

CreatorFlowLab depends on cloud services, including Google Cloud Platform and the APIs of the social platforms you connect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the product develops.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (above) for details on:

  • What data we collect and store
  • How we use your data
  • Your privacy rights

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

CreatorFlowLab, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Elemental Genius LLC. All rights reserved.

8.2 Trademarks

  • "CreatorFlowLab" is a trademark of Elemental Genius LLC
  • Third-party trademarks (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Discord, Bluesky, etc.) belong to their respective owners
  • Use of platform names is for descriptive purposes only

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Provision

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9.2 AI Content Disclaimer

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI output
  • AI output depends on third-party services beyond our control

9.3 Platform Compatibility

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all social media platforms
  • Platform APIs and features may change without notice
  • You are responsible for ensuring content meets platform requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
  • We are not liable for actions taken by third-party AI services
  • We are not liable for content you create or publish
  • We are not liable for third-party advertisement content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elemental Genius LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Software
  • Content you create or publish
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use CreatorFlowLab
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using CreatorFlowLab at any time by uninstalling the Software. Uninstalling does not delete the data held in your account; to request that, email [email protected] as described in our Privacy Policy (above). Live data is removed within 30 days of the request and all remaining copies within 90 days.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the Software ends and you must uninstall it
  • Content you created remains yours
  • Account data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy

14. Updates and Modifications

14.1 Software Updates

  • We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs
  • Updates are optional but recommended

14.2 Terms Modifications

  • We may modify these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated via:
    • Updated "Last Updated" date
    • In-app notification
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Elemental Genius LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Monroe County, New York, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible, and either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property claims.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elemental Genius LLC regarding CreatorFlowLab.
