Founder & CEO

The Founder and Creative Director of Elemental Genius brings a unique blend of vision and practical insight to the intersection of technology and education. Since establishing the company in July 2024, he has spearheaded the conceptual development of the educational AI platform, crafting both its technological architecture and the cast of characters that bring learning to life.

Rob’s background spans graphic design and visual arts, complemented by a lifelong passion for history and literature. While primarily self-taught, this interdisciplinary approach has proven invaluable in creating educational experiences that engage diverse learning styles.

Prior to founding Elemental Genius, Rob’s extensive experience in the transportation industry provided a rare opportunity to engage with thousands of individuals from all walks of life. These countless conversations informed his understanding of how people communicate, learn, and process information—insights that now shape the company’s educational philosophy.

Aiman Al-Khazaali

Chief Technical Officer & AI Systems Engineer

Aiman Al-Khaazali brings over 15 years of distinguished experience in systems engineering, high-performance computing, and enterprise-scale technology solutions to his role as Chief Technology Officer. Throughout his career, he has architected and deployed mission-critical infrastructure for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to federal agencies, consistently delivering secure, scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and computational performance.

As a seasoned technology leader, Aiman has spearheaded complex data center migrations, designed resilient cloud architectures, and led cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge AI and automation solutions. His expertise spans supercomputer administration, enterprise security, and large-scale system integrations, including his recent work at the University of Rochester managing the migration of hundreds of thousands of electronic medical records and his tenure at Dell Technologies as a Principal Systems Development Engineer, where he developed performance optimization models for enterprise clients.

Aiman’s proven track record includes successfully mitigating major security incidents, such as resolving a massive DDOS attack during his time at iHeartRadio, and building robust infrastructure capable of handling millions of concurrent users. His technical expertise encompasses Linux system administration, cloud services architecture, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and AI/ML system deployment. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Brockport and Red Hat certification, Aiman combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation and technological advancement in the AI space.

Beyond his technical acumen, Aiman is also a part-time trance DJ, aircraft designer, test pilot, CEO, and consultant, showcasing a unique blend of technical and creative skills. His passion for music is evident through his presence on platforms like Mixcloud, where he shares his trance mixes with a global audience. Aiman’s diverse interests and talents reflect a commitment to continuous learning and innovation, making him a dynamic figure in both the tech industry and the creative arts.
